If you are inbetween cup sizes, womanhood recommends going up a size for better coverage and support.
- Extra Small: 30 - 32 A / B
- Small: 32 - 34 B / C
- Medium: 34 - 36 C / D
- Large: 36 - 38 D / E
- Extra Large : 36 - 38 E / F
