⇢ I haven't received an order confirmation?

When you place an order you will be sent an order confirmation email, including your items, delivery address and payment details. If for some reason you have not received this email, please check your spam folder and wait up to 24 hours in case there is an unexpected delay. ⇢ I have changed my mind and want to cancel my order.

Orders are shipped up to 12 hours after an order is placed (except on weekends when all orders are shipped the following Monday). In the instance where you want to change your order, please email us as soon at as possible and the team will help resolve the issue.

⇢ How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email including a tracking link. All orders are shipped with Royal Mail and some tracking links may take 24 - 48 hours to update. After this time if you still can't see any updates please get in touch with the team at

⇢ I have received my order but one of my items is missing / wrong, what do I do?

We are sorry to hear this. Please begin a return via our returns portal and input the necessary information regarding your reasons to return the item when instructed. A member of the team will get back to you with more information and next steps.

⇢ My order says it's on the way, but I haven't received it yet?

In the first instance please check the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email. It may take up to 48 hours for the link to be updated and start tracking. If you have waited over 7 days for your order to arrive please email the team at 


⇢ How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs £4 for all orders under £100. For orders over this amount shipping fees are automatically deducted at checkout.

⇢ I live outside the UK, can I get my hands on womanhood?

Hey international babe, we are sorry we can't currently ship to you just yet. At the moment we only offer shipping to the U.K. and are looking to expand in the near future. We'd love to hear from you if you want to drop us a note saying where you are from. 

⇢How long does it take for my order to arrive?

All orders placed Monday - Friday (pre 12pm) will be shipped the same day and should arrive within 5 working days. For orders placed after 12pm on Fridays and over the weekend, they will be shipped first thing Monday morning and will take up to 5 working days to arrive.


⇢ I have changed my mind and would like to return an item, how do I do this?

You will need your order number which begins #womanhood and the email address used in conjunction with your order.

⇢ Do you offer free returns?

Yes, returns are free and via DPD. Upon completeing the returns portal, you will be issued with a free shipping label that can be printed out and attached to the front of your womanhood order box.

⇢ I don't have a printer to print the returns label, what do I do?

We only offer returns via a prepaid label so this will need to be printed in order to send back your items to us. 

⇢ Is it possible for me to exchange for something else?

Unfortunately at this stage we do not offer exchanges. In the instance you would like to try on another size we recommend reordering and then returning the item you no longer want.

⇢ I want to give someone a womanhood gift card, how do I do this?

Gift cards can be bought online here

All gift cards are valid for a year after purchase and can only be used on site. Gift card order confirmations will be issued including a unique code that should be entered at checkout to activate.

Giftcards are available in £25, £50, £100 and £150.

⇢ I want to get someone a gift, but don't know where to begin?

⇢ My welcome discount code isn't working - what do I do?

We are sorry to hear this! The womanhood discount code should be entered all in capitals at checkout and is not valid on sale items. If the problem continues to arise place the order and notify the team at and they will refund you the difference.

⇢ Why do you only stock female founded brands?

When womanhood launched in 2019, it was clear to our founder that underwear available on the high street was not providing the level of comfort, fit and style that people wanted. Through years of research, we began to pull together our favourite lingerie brands that were doing something different (actually designing underwear women enjoyed wearing) and realised the brands that were considerably more creative, comfortable and caring were created by female designers and founders.

⇢ I can't find my size, why don't you stock it?

At the moment womanhood stocks A - HH cups 28 - 40 backs and 6 - 22 briefs. For a small business we are proud of where our size journey has started, but this is not where it ends. We know, we hear you, and we get it - lingerie brands don't always do enough for bigger busted babes. We find it unfair too and could talk about this for hourssss (trust us, we have and regularly do). Increasing our size range is part of a much bigger aim for us and something we are working on today.
