Returns

womanhood offers free UK returns to all customers within 30 days of their delivery date. 

To return an item to us, please process your request through our Royal Mail Returns Portal.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and all tags attached. We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different size, item, etc. place a new order for the item and return your current full priced item for a refund.

Please note we will not accept any briefs that have tried on without wearing something underneath. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you and not issue a refund. 

Items can be returned in the packaging they were received in. There is no requirement to include a returns form or any paperwork in your return. 

Any returns sent back after the 30 day window will not be processed and the customer will incur a returns charge which will be deducted from your order of £3.

Credit card refunds usually take between 5 - 10 business days to appear on your statement. Refunds to PayPal can take up to 30 days and are subject to PayPal refund regulations. 

Exchanges

To avoid the disappointment of your size selling out before we receive your return, we do not provide exchanges on orders. If you require a different size or style, please place a new online order, and return your original one to us to refund.
