our womanhood ~ chapter IV

As part of our latest campaign, we invited our community to take part in a shoot for womanhood. As with all our images, they remain untouched. 

We had a chat with Stacey about what womanhood means to her and the journey she has been on.

 

 I'm learning that for me, my womanhood needs to exist without the boundaries of any label given to me and that my freedom comes from the gift that I give myself, of expressing who I am as honestly as possible. 

I'm learning that my womanhood can exist in any way that I want it to and that my womanhood is simply a metaphor for my experience of expression.

I'm learning that my expression exists solely within the boundaries of what I allow myself to experience & who I allow myself to be.

Connecting to my womanhood is connecting to myself.

It's about listening to what is it that my body and soul yearns for, and giving in to the pleasure of it.

My womanhood, for me, is my wild.

I must let myself be wild.

And that's when I remember who I am.
