our womanhood ~ chapter V
As part of our latest campaign, we invited our community to take part in a shoot for womanhood. As with all our images, they remain untouched.
We had a chat with Léa about what womanhood means to her and the journey she has been on.
"I think my relation to my own womanhood is a constant wave of embracing it and fighting against it. It is a love/hate relationship. And I think, throughout the years, I am discovering and accepting the complexity of the uniqueness of my womanhood.
Everyday is a shift. Everyday I see myself differently. Every time I look at myself in the miror or when someone looks at me or makes a comment on my look or behavior, something shifts in me.
I am learning that nothing is constant or linear and so my womanhood will constantly evolve. I am learning that my womanhood is unique and using it as a strength. Not being too hard on myself, being curious of all the parts of myself."
